Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not currently offer cash refunds. We will offer an exchange or shop credit only if an item is defective. Please email Sunsetranchboutique@yahoo.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or credit. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
